Still a lot to think about seniority

Yesterday, there was a bench clearing on a baseball game.

The wierd thing is that one player is so much blamed for insulting his senior player during the game. His words mouthing F-words was caught by cameras. He deserved people's angry reation. However, there's one that was missed. What caused him to act like that?

Before his F-words, the senior player was almost hit by a pitcher - F-word's team member- and then he advanced to one base. After that he, often called 'butterfly' was also caught by a camera saying some harsh words to his junior. 

He seemed to take this out on him just becuase he was his junior. Many people point out that he should not react like that. Why should he stand the butterfly's crazy behavior?

Koreans still put so much importance on the seniority. Even though Koreans are proud of being liberal, this seniority, whatever casue of the brawl, would only reflect their conservatism.
