Foreign exchange students.

It's not unusual to see foreign exchange students in the universities. The government has promoted
a school exchage program for decades in an effort for globalisation of education.
Universities could get incentives when they recieve as many foreign students as possible.
But they are taking too many students who are not prepared to be studying in Korea.
For the last two years, I have been taking classes with foreign students.
Some of them seemed to be getting along with Korean students
but most of the students, are not that integrated into their Korean mates.
Some students did not Korean well even if I had known them for 2 years.  They just made their group
excluding the other students. They created another world in the university.
