I think korean drivers do not seem to care of pedestrian on the road. Actually they just try to drive so fast that people on the street should be careful on the crosswalk. They do not allow people to cross the road before they pass the road. I heard the foreigners are often shocked at this practice.
It is time for the drivers to be more vigilant when driving.
