THE BIG BANG THOERY SEASON 11 EPISODE 1 RECAP

Previously on TBBT, Sheldon's assistant kissed Sheldon who just stormed out of his office and went to see Amy.

Sheldon finally proposed to Amy. When Amy is just about to answer his proposal, Sheldon's phone rang. It was from Leonard and Penny who were worried about Sheldon's not coming home. Sheldon explained to them through the call and they were also pleased to hear the proposal. Amy finally said 'Yes' and they officially got engaged. 

While the happy birds spent the day as an engaged couple, Bernadette got a pregnancy test and the result was positive. She freaked out. She told Penny that she was careful and worried about all of things related to having two babies. Penny talked sense to her that she will be alright as a good parent. But Howard freaked out about the pregnant thing and Bernadette still doesn't know what to do. 

At Leonard and Penny's, Howard blurted out that Leonard and Penny should also have a baby so that they will hang out with kids more often. Leonard and Penny immediately sorted out the nonsense and Leonard said jokingly that even if he wanted a kid, Penny would leave.

At New Jersey, Sheldon was invited to a dinner at which Amy was admired by her colleagues for her work. Sheldon was rude to them which made Amy angry. Anyhow, Sheldon just admitted his rudeness after getting advice from Steven Hawking who is Sheldon's hero. He apologized to Amy for his behavior and made up. 

As the season goes, stories of TBBT are a little bland. This time why don't they make Penny pregnant? 
That should be fun.
